Introduction Only Service- for hands on landlords who require the marketing of their property only

  • Passing leads onto landlord for follow up

Contract Provision - for landlords who just require credit referencing and an industry approved tenancy agreement 

  • Drawing up tenancy agreement and arranging E-signing.
  • Set up standing order for future monthly rental payments
  • Full credit referencing if required
